Scotland’s oldest coffee roaster, Thomsons Coffee, have just opened a new retail shop where you buy their full range of coffee and all coffee related accessories. Open to the public, the shop is located at Thomsons Coffee HQ (right next door to Scottish Hampers!) – so when you visit you can experience firsthand how the coffee is roasted and prepared, and enjoy the incredible aromas that accompany the traditional flame roasting process which is still done by hand in small batches on the premises.

We were really excited to join up with the Edinburgh International Festival for a special competition to win one of our hampers and tickets to the Bank of Scotland Fireworks Concert. The lucky winner was Alan Bowers from Bonnyrigg. With the festival now over for this year, we’re already looking forward to next year!

We’re loving Summer Harvest Oil added to our product list recently. You’ll fin them in our Build Your Own Hamper Section under Oils & Dressings. This double award winning Scottish Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil is a store cupboard staple that can be used for roasting, baking, stir-fries and for salads and marinades.
